Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 25jili Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different mobile numbers, names, GCash accounts, or any other identifier, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 25jili reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. 25jili may require documentary verification of identity, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and potential referral to relevant Philippine authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 25jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use arises from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify 25jili support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
25jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. 25jili reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment methods not registered to the account holder.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure. 25jili targets GCash withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may be extended by third-party payment providers. Bank transfers via InstaPay are generally processed within one (1) business day.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by 25jili is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 25jili.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
25jili is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to maintain records of player transactions, identity documentation, and gaming activity for prescribed periods. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 25jili does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In any event, 25jili's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
25jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for cause, 25jili reserves the right to forfeit any promotional balances, bonus funds, and winnings derived from activity that violated these Terms.
